·在保修期内,提供专人联系,协调服务事项。
a. Provide special contact man and coordinate services during warranty period. |
·免费对使用者进行集中培训,保证人员对设备的正常使用,日常维护,简单故障排除。
b. Train the user free of charge and ensure appropriate use of the equipment, provide services of normal maintenance and trouble elimination. |
·服务响应时间:针对设备问题,24小时内给出解决方案。
c. Service respond time: we will give solutions to the equipment problem within 24 hours. |
·服务方式:如电话内无法解决,免费到客户现场进行服务(本地),异地寄修。
d. Services style: If problem cannot be resolved by telephone connection, we would send people to the user’s site to eliminate trouble(this service limited to local user, if the user is out of town, please post the equipment to our company). |
·备机式服务:遇紧急情况,为客户提供备机。
e. The service of alternative equipment: we provide alternative equipment in case of emergency. |
·并提供定期的巡检。

| 延长保修期服务 |
对于超出质保期设备,提供延长保修期服务。即:一次性缴纳一定费用,继续享受保修服务,免除维修费。
Extend of the warranty period service: we will provide extend of the warranty period service for the equipment which is not at the warranty period. If you would choose to pay one-off fee, we will continue to provide the warranty service and exempt from the repair fee. |

| 零散维修服务 |
| 对于超出保修期,又没有参加延长保修期服务的设备,提供 : |
·零散维修服务,需收取维修和配件费用。
Provide the scattered service and charge repair fee and fittings fee. |
·提供专人联系,协调服务事项。
Provide special contact man and coordinate service. |

免费协助用户解决对设备的使用和开发问题,提供相关技术资料,及时提供设备最新驱动程序。
Help the user resolve the problem related to the use and development of equipment free of charge, provide appropriate technology material and offer the latest drive program timely. |

质 保 服 务 协 议
Warranty Agreement |
本质保服务协议为_______________(以下简称甲方)与上海喆讯信息科技有限公司(以下简称乙方)___年___月___日签署的第__号合同的附件,是该合同不可分割的一部分。本协议书仅适用于该合同中所涉及的产品(以第__号合同的出货单上的产品序列号(S/N)为准)。设备售出后,甲方享受本协议中所述的由乙方专业维护工程师提供的完整的技术服务。
The warranty agreement is the annex and the essential part of No contract signed at day/month/year. It adapt to all the products and goods related to the contract. Once equipment is sold, A party should enjoy integrated technology services provided by B party professional maintenance engineer according to the warranty agreement. |

| 乙方责任 |
1、质保期限warranty period:
产品的质量保证期为乙方向甲方出货日期后 12 个月内。(声明:由于条形码打印的打印头在正常(正确)操作下也存在磨损,因此乙方向甲方提供的打印头提供从出货日期起 3 个月的质保期。)
The seller warrants that the goods, when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained, would be given twelve months warranty counting from the date of final acceptance in user’s site (statement: Given barcode printer head exist abrasion even at normal(right)operation, the warranty period for the barcode printer heads is 3months). |
2、服务内容services item:
A.在质保期内,乙方为甲方提供合同中所列的产品每批出货一次、免费现场安装调试的服务。
a. During the warranty period, B party shall deliver goods listed at contract and provide site installation and debug service free of charge.
B.在质保期内,乙方为甲方提供一次免费现场集中使用培训。内容为:设备结构原理、日常操作和设置、一般故障处理、设备日常维护保养,及乙方提供的与设备相关的应用软件的日常使用等内容。
b. During the warranty period, B party offer centralized site training for use of equipment free of charge. Training item include equipment construct principle, daily operation and setting, general trouble elimination, equipment maintenance, the use of internet application related to equipment and so on. |

| 甲方责任 |
1、在质保期内,乙方为甲方提供一次免费现场集中使用培训。内容为:设备结构原理、日常操作和设置、一般故障处理、设备日常维护保养,及乙方提供的与设备相关的应用软件的日常使用等内容。
1.When the trouble is occur, A party should circumstantiate trouble according to B party’s request and operate under B party’s direction to help B party make right estimation and judge. |
2、甲方同意免费向乙方提供维修产品所需要的各种方便,诸如借用产品,电话,软件介质(磁带、软磁盘或盘组),计算机,软件程序,数据等。
2.A party need to provide all kind of convenience related to goods repair, for example, the lend of material, telephone, software medium (tape or floppy disk ), computer, internet application and data. |
3、根据本协议,甲方须负责由于使用不兼容版本软件或程序引起的兼容故障。
3.According to the agreement, A party should assume the result of using incompatible software and procedure |
4、甲方须负责由于乙方不维修的应用软件或其他产品而引起故障。
4.A party should be responsible for trouble resulting from using application and product that is not subject to B party repair. |
5、甲方须负责由于使用私自从第三者拷贝回来的软件而引起的故障。
5.A party should be responsible for trouble resulting from using the software that is copied from the third party personally. |
6、未经乙方事先书面许可前,甲方不得以任何形式复制乙方具版权的资料和软件程序。
6.Before the written permission by B party, A party cannot copy the material and application copyrighted in B party’s name. |

| 质保的拒绝 |
按照本协议,如属下列情况,乙方将不负责提供质保服务:
According to this agreement, B party will not provide warranty service in the following instance: |
1、甲方需订购乙方提供的耗材(标签纸/碳带),如果确认是由于非乙方认可的耗材(标签纸/碳带)导致的打印头不能正常工作或损坏,甲方应承担在修复由上述原因造成产品缺陷的人工及材料费用;如果确认是由于没有遵照甲方使用手册中所列出的预防性保养周期和保养方法进行保养,而导致的打印头不能正常工作或损坏,乙方将不承担质保负责。
1.A party need to buy the related material (label/carbolic tape) from B party. If the material (label/carbolic tape) that is not recognized by B party give cause of the deviant or damage of printer head, A party should assume the cost of the manpower and material related to goods repair. If A party did not care and maintain the equipment in compliance with the preventive maintenance cycle and method that is stated in product manual, B party would not assume warranty responsibilities. |
2、质保保证不包括:正常损耗、设备被修改、不正确的安装和使用、意外或由于疏忽导致的损毁、甲方对任何零配件进行的不正确的安装和更换。
2.The following item is not subject to warranty: normal consume, damage resulting from equipment modification, incorrect installation or use, contingency, carelessness and the false installation or use for accessory. |
3、 如果甲方或任何第三方实施产品的拆卸和安装,而事先未经乙方批准,按照本协议乙方将无义务再继续实施维修服务。
3.If A party or the third party disassembly and reinstall the product without B party authorization, B party will no longer assume the responsibilities of product repair. |
4、由于非乙方人员造成的事故、疏忽、滥用、不正确编制程序、电源波动超过产品规范、机房空调、火灾、故意破坏、运输或正常使用以外所引起的故障。
4.For the accident that is not caused by B party, for example, carelessness, abuse, incorrect program design, air-conditioner, fire, deliberate destroy, transport and so on, B party will not assume responsibilities. |
5、有乙方以外的工作人员对产品进行的维修或进行了这样的尝试而事先未经乙方书面批准。
5.If Person who is not belonged to B party repaired the product without the written authorization of the B party, B party would not assume responsibilities. |
6、因由乙方所不支持的设备或仪器所引起的故障。
6.For the trouble resulting from the equipment or instrument that is incompatible with B party product, B party will not assume responsibilities. |
7、按照本协议甲方未能尽甲方的责任而产生的故障。
7.If A party doesn’t do his duty according to this agreement, B party will not be responsible for the related result. |
8、损耗品并不包括在质保范围之内,例如:打印头、缆线、电源、托架、标签 等等。
8.Consumable goods are not subject to warranty, for example: printer head, cable, electrical source, bracket, label and so on. |
9、如果机器设备发生了以上所述原因引起的故障,甲方需缴纳由此产生的维修所需的零配件的成本费用。
9.If the machine trouble is arising from the above product, A party should pay the cost needed to repair. |
10、服务限制:本协议质保服务不包括下面内容:任何不是本合同提供的产品的安装、维修或拆卸;设备喷漆,整修表面及其所需要的材料;更改系统之电源以适合供电环境。
10.Services limitation: the warranty services provided at this agreement doesn’t include the following item: install, repair and disassembly of product that is not provide at this contract; spray-paint of the equipment, skin refit and material needed to refit, the replacement of the electronic sources needed to adapt to power supply environment. |

| 协议的有效期 |
本协议书一式贰份,甲乙双方各执一份。
本协议自双方负责代表签字之日起生效,至__年__月__日失效。
This contract is signed and shall become effective after the final written confirmation by the both parties. This contract is made in two copies, one of which is left to the seller, the other to the Buyer. |

| 仲裁 |
未尽事宜经双方友好协商,不能协商解决之问题提交仲裁机构仲裁。
All disputes arising from the execution of or in connect with the contract shall be settled through amicable consultation by both parties. If can not be settled, submit to intermediation agency. |
